I just started today with some resistance trainging on my legs...I tired to find it in both strength and cardio.NOTHING! Just wondering whos been doing it and how have you logged it? Thanks! =]

You can put it in under the cardio section as "strength training" or "circuit training". Or you can add your own exercise at the bottom of the page after you search for an exercise and don't find it.
As for figuring calories for it, HRM's are off for resistance training, so you kinda gotta wing it. If you're doing a program they usually give you a ball park for how much you burn doing their DVDs.0 -
It just three bands with, each different resistance levels. It came with a little book to give you some ideas, but there is not number of reps or sets to follow. I guess I'll just have to say "I'll give myself and extra 50-100 cals" each day I do it.0

you can google "resistance band exercise calories" and get some decent links.
This one is a 'competitor' site to MFP http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calories_burned.asp
(I used to be on that site, but MFP in total is far more intuitive, robust, and all around better:)0
