What is Quark?
I have the PB2!
This is a great thread, by the way! Lots of great ideas.
I am obsessed with Quark! It's technically a cheese, but taste wise and nutritionally, it's pretty much identical to fat free Greek yogurt (around 80 cals per 1/2 cup portion, 0g fat and 15g protein) but texture wise is more like cream cheese (THICK!) It melts really well though so can be added to hot pasta and tossed to coat, or sweetened for a breakfast/snack. Not sure where you live- I am in the UK right now and it's stored by cream cheese/cottage cheese, not yogurts. Though Greek yogurt is a good substitue. It's just not as thick and twice the price as Quark0
