Odd NSV

Kind of an odd NSV - I exercised alot today, little more than I intended. So I'm supposed to eat about 2800 calories in order to net 1200. After planning my food for the day, I'm only at net 314. Now I know I have to eat more and I will (I do believe in eating my exercise calories), but previously I would have been - ugh I only get 2800 calories for the day. Now I'm like holy crap... I've got to figure out how to eat that much. Not to mention the fact that I exercised so much that I burned 1600 calories. I was lucky to burn 1600 calories in a week if you consider the fact I could barely walk to the end of my driveway!

Just another great benefit of exercise!0 -
I have no idea how I would eat that many calories! Before...I wouldn't have thought twice...pizza, burgers, donuts...they add up and before you know it....it's 4000 calories!
You're doing awesome as always!0 -
LOL, I feel ya on that one. There are days when I need to eat 3200 to 3600 cals in a day just to maintain. Hard to do with healthy foods. But well worth it!0
