Measure day!

O - M - G.........

Today was my measure day…

SO in the past month..
I’m down 6 lbs (and that’s including having vacation in there.. not too bad lol!)
And this month I lost 11.25 INCHES!
So that’s a total of 84 lbs (as of last Friday) and 66” gone! I’ve been doing a lot of different kinds of work outs so I think that’s why I lost so many inches this month.

From October till now….
Bust is down 9.5”
Waist is down 9”
Abdomen is down 15”
Hips are down 12.5”
Thighs are down 13” (6.5” off each thigh)
Arms are down 7” (3.5” off each arm)

YAY ME!

    What kinds of workouts are you doing?


    I have been doing..... tae bo, 30 day shred, running (on elliptical), walking the neighborhood, BIggest Winner (front and back), tennis... I just keep mixing it all up and switching it around.

    THANKS everybody.. i'm in shock!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most inches I've lost in a month since starting my new life!!!!!! It's funny though I lost only 6 lbs.. but that many more INCHES. CRAZY...
