I am new to MFP today!
I had a baby 2 years ago and have 10lbs that need to shift before I have another baby which maybe later this year. Just can't seem to do it...have stepped up the exercise and have started doing British Military Fitness for 2 hours every week. But my portion control is the problem...MFP has restricted me to 1200 calories a day...is this healthy?

Are you recording your exercise? If so, MFP usually adds extra calories for you to use if you've burned enough. If you want to eat more, burn more.0
