Between INSANITY and P90X........what to do?

Hey there-
I am completeing INSANITY in 2 more weeks (whoo hooo)!!! My plan was to do a round of P90X afterwards. However, we are going on vacation for about a week and I would like to not take a break from my routine and you know how vacations can be. So I think I will start P90X when we return.
My question is, I will have a month between finishing INSANITY and going on vaccation so I am looking for a good 30 day program to follow in the mean time before starting P90X.
Anybody have any favorites? What are some that people have done that are really effective. I like the one where there's a schedule to stick to....helps keep me on track.
I've heard a lot of talk about the Jillian DVD's but are they a good burn? I watched one of them and it looked pretty slow......
Suggestions??

Jillian's 30 Day Shred looks a little slow, but I promise you it is not easy. I just did day 5 of level 3 today. In 20 minutes she has me sweating like a pig every time and in every level. You just have to push yourself to the point that you're really working for it. I'm loving the DVD and the results I'm seeing from it. Plus, it's cheap, so if you hate it, you really aren't out that much.0

I actually enjoyed the 30 day shred. There are different levels so you could switch up i got a decent burn from her. LOL.. I would love to know as well. I want to do the P90 X Insanity Hybrid. Where do i order it the only thing i can find is asylum...0

Asylum. It's only 30 days. It will destroy your confidence. I just got it. I'm going to love it...once I finish this last week of Insanity and do a P90X/Insanity hybrid afterwards. So, I'll hopefully be able to be a bit more physically ready of taking my confidence down a notch.0

Thought about the Asylum but my knee needs a little break...has really been giving me trouble!
If you want to buy any BeachBody Products, just go to beachbody.com, they are all on there! INSANITY nd P90X are both beachbody!
Thanks for the suggestions guys...I may just try a Jillian DVD for a while since it's only a month and so cheap! The it's o to P90X and I can't wait!!!0 -
I've really liked the 30DS... it sure kicks my butt! I've heard some people think the first level is really easy after they've developed more endurance (which I'm sure you have after insanity), but I think it's still worth checking out. It's a good burn and it let's you push yourself. Plus, like someone already said, it's cheap! 9 bucks at Walmart.0

Ripped in 30 is a bit more challenging than the 30DS. Check it out!0

30 day shred is my vote too.
I have it. You will be on level 3 for sure after insanity. I was on level 2 before I started insanity and I thought about going back to it once I am done with insanity.
There is no set schedule though. It doesnt say to do it 3 days or 6 days a week. Since you are used to 6X a week I would stick with that and keep you off days the same to help you with consistancy.
I agree about your knee, I know thats been bothering you. Maybe it will calm down in a few months and you can give asylum a try. Asylum scares me!! :laugh:0
