Electric Grill

Help! I was recently given an electric grill, and I have no idea what to do with it. I'm still a very new cook, and the idea of cooking with anything other than a stove or a rice cooker is alien to me. Does anyone have any tips of yummy recipes (we're big chicken eaters here!). The grill isn't a George Forman grill. It's a large circular gill with a glass lid if that helps.

EDIT- Whoops. This was supposed to go in the recipe section. How do I delete it?

    You can't delete it, but I think this works fine in chit-chat as well. I'm guessing you got an infrared cooker. My mom has one and uses it for cooking whole chickens, turkeys, steaks, etc. I would say look up the manual online if that wasn't included for the cooking time of what ever you wish to prepare.
