I've heard thru alot of different sources including my fitness pals on here...that you should eat your excercise calories burned. I have a question...I usually work out later at night...like I just got done about 30 min ago...I'm not hungry AT ALL, and it is so late at night...should I still go rumaging through my kitchen to find a snack? Or is it okay to not eat them.

I almost always work out later in the evenings after dinner, and while I save a few calories for a bedtime snack, I usually go over my allotted calories during the day because I know I will have exercise calories to eat later...it helps to motivate me to work out too...I cant weasle out of exercise and say, oh I dont have to do it...because I've already eaten some of those calories and need the exercise in order to burn them off...it works for me...0
