Hey not sure if this is the place to ask but.... i have just brought a secound hand george foreman steamer to help with my weight loss, it didnt come with instruction mannuel.... how long do i cook a whole chicken bone in on this steamer ?

i have tryed but i cant access any, have spent a lot of time doing this, think it could be because i cant enter the url into the computer mannuely, it got repogrammed after being hit with a virus
