This took 20 minutes to prepare including washing the single black iron skillet I used to make it. It was delicious. To see what's in it and the nutritional values, check my diary for today and look at dinner.

The broccoli was cooked in the skillet with the sea bass and the garlic and capers and cream and coconut oil so it was stunningly good.0
