what time do you stop eating for the day?

I don't stop at a specific time. I have always eaten right up until bed if I have calories left. It is all about calories in, calories out. If you are in your range, you will still lose weight, it doesn't matter.
6 pm- tea with a bagel thin and peanut butter
7pm - fruit
Between 8:30'pm & 9:30 pm dinner
Before bed- around 11:15pm - skim milk and a100 calorie pack
And if I feel that I am starting to get the munchies between dinner and my bedtime snack, I will have another piece of fruit.
Now I exercise alot so I have the calorie allotment bit eating late has never hurt me- I have lost alot. I believe it comes down to calories in vs calories out- burn more than you eat, doesn't matter when.0
