My son, my motivation

My son is 18, had to lose 65lbs to get into the US Navy. So I enrolled him in Crossfit back in October 2009, and here he is today!
This was my motivation....I did not want to join CF as it is not my style, but the fact that my 17 year old son accomplished losing 70lbs right before his 19th birthday, well that set a fire in me.
Here he is.
