I have been hovering at about 152-154 for the past 4 weeks or so and i am so frustrated that I haven't been losing! I feel like the 140s are just taunting me.....i am so frustrated

Have you tried changing up your workout routine, trying some new things? Sometimes we hit plateaus because our bodies have gotten used to the routine. I'm not sure what your workout routines are but you could add weights (if you haven't already) or change the order you do them in, you could try a different form of cardio, just some thoughts.
I understand your frustration, I've been there many times myself. You'll get through it.

I know a lot of people try playing with their calorie intake seeing if that will help, or do zigzag calories to trick the body. Good luck and keep at it the plateau can't last forever!!0

I hit a plateau a few wks ago and stayed 155 for about 2 wks.
I kept eating healthy and kicked my exercising up a notch, now the scale is finally moving again.0
