A friend of mine told me about this site and the mobile app :D

Last night I sat and filled in that days food and exercise, i was shocked to see how little I had actually eaten that day and realise that many days I am just burning myself out.

My goal weight is 9st, and I hope to achieve this before my birthday at the end of June :)

I work in a nursing home as a domestic assistant, i enjoy gardening, walking the dogs and playing daft games with my son!

I have just got myself a copy of the 30 day shred and will be starting that from today, my friends have started it and say its intense but fun!

Looking forward to getting to know a few people and picking up on any advice you can give me, not only to lose weight but how to eat properly throughout the day :)
