For all that are starting or are on Turbo Fire ...what did you start with? I did the 55EZ and Stretch 10 yesterday on the inferno plan but then I started thinking dangerous I know :)...but when did you or do you think you should do the inferno plan? Is it to jump start everything? Is it more for a boost at the end? I am brand new to all of this and just trying to get some advice I have never used TF or TJ before. Thanks for your help...

The Inferno Plan is designed to jump start your weight loss at the beginning of the program...it's quite low calorie, so it's not something you can truly sustain for a long period of time.

If you're truly out of shape, I would really do the Turbo Fire Prep plan that's described in the book, and then follow the regular Turbo Fire schedule. You'll get results, but you have to remember, this is a JOURNEY, not a sprint.

    Hi texas ---

I was thinking along the same lines as you and made an "executive" decision to do the inferno plan in Week 2 or 3 when i'm more comfortable with the moves.

I guess the biggest advice is to listen to your body. at the end of the day, you know what's best for yourself. If you are really struggling, why not try the inferno plan with Week 1's workouts instead of their rec'd workout? it may be easier and could potentially yield the same results.
