Getting myself motivated - I will do it!

Recently I've been less and less motivated (as most of my MFP friend's know already)
I am not going to carry on like this!

I have decided I am going to set myself mini goals each week to motivate myself.....

Starting tomorrow!



My first mini goal is to make sure I walk/run/jog/crawl/bike etc 20 miles this week (if not more)


The week after, my mini goal will be to clock 10 hours or more gym time/ exercise time!


if anyone want's to join me on this, then that would be great :D

or just some idea's for more mini goals!!!

    They sound like good do-able goals - Mine are to train at least 5 times this week and drink all of my water and eat at least half of my excercise cals!

  • You can do it!! It's always a good idea to set realistic goals even if they are "mini" goals at first!!! =)
