Thanks for sharing. Haven't been that creative with lunch. Usually have tomato slices seasoned with salt & pepper and a deli meat (either rolled ham or turkey). This usually counts between 75 and 100 calories than latter I'll have a snack bar like FiberPlus adding on another 120cal.

I try to aim for around 250 cals for lunch so this is right in my range. :)

    My normal lunch is

the perfect portions chicken which is awesome!! =0) 2 breasts
    Baby bella mushrooms
    sauteed in some olive oil

places on a bed of spinach and mixed greens with red wine vinegar and olive oil for dressing.

This is 65 grams of protein and only 570 calories.

I need this many since my RMR is 3200 calories a day. You can adjust it accordingly.

This looks yummy too, just might have to only use 1 filet and only 1 tbsp of EVOO though :)

So my breakfast one is pretty tasty as well....

    2 whole cage free eggs
    1/4 cup of all whites
    baby bella's
    fresh deli turkey
    spinach
gorgonzola, feta or goat by taste preference

sautee the bellas, turkey and spinach and a little bit of olive oil

add your eggs and while stil a bit liquid add your cheese and scramble together.

I ussually cook it on medium heat so the eggs cook slowly and give time for the cheese to melt a bit.

Ohhhh haha!! I knew that..just testing ya.

I made apple stuffed pork chops this evening...all organic and farm raised. It was super yummy!

sautee apples in white wine and herbs then stuff farm raised pork chops with the apples and wrap in farm raised uncured bacon and grill outside. They are very yummy!
