I'm fairly new about a month or so on here and I keep seeing HIIT. Was wondering if someone could fill me in on what that is? Appreciate it very much! Thank you

it stands for High Intensity Interval Training.
My explanation probably wouldn't be as good so you could just google it, but basically it is where you go as hard as you can for a bit while exercising. Like if you are jogging, run all out for 1 minute, jog a few, run hard again, then jog, etc.0 -
Mostly done by running, but you could do it in bicycling or on the elliptical. Google it for some workouts, but the one I did was at my gyms track where 8 laps was a mile; I would sprint all but one curve, which was about 1/4 of the length of the track, and then I would fast walk this. The times of the two legs were about the same (30 sec) and then I would repeat. Last time I did it I did 13 laps. My goal was to add another lap a week.0
