    The smaller you are, the harder it is to lose weight fast. I'd say 10 lbs might be possible if you REALLY work hard.

    Good. I won't get my workout in until my husband gets home from work so I can go to the gym without Jade, but I can always do some kinect at home!

    Well I am part of this program, and we weigh in on Mondays. Im going to have to change my starting weight.
    As of today I am 252.2 pounds. Goal weight by the end of May: 240

    well...lets just say week 1 is not going so hot for me....I have been under my calorie goal 2/4 days (better than 0/4 I guess...)!
