Is anyone else out there taking this product.
I started last Tuesday the 25th of April and as of today May 1 I've lost 6.6lbs. I've changed my diet and I am swimming in the pool daily. I'm just wondering if anyone is having such quick results? If so I would love to talk to you!

I have a friend that has tried this product I went out of town for two weeks came back and noticed a huge difference. She lost 9lbs she said. Since you both have had success I am going to try it. Thanks for posting. I wish you continued success.

My trainer actually recommends this product, which is odd because he doesn't recommend a lot of this type of stuff. It's not exactly cheap. I went out and bought some anyways. Then I forgot I had it. LOL Thanks for posting this question. I've got to go pull it out of the cabinet and put it into the morning routine starting tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes, as the weight loss has been slow going up to this point. It will be interesting to see what this stuff, coupled with ChaLEAN Extreme, does over the next few weeks.

I am using it now, for the last week. So far everything is going well.

If anyone is thinking about starting on Oxy, make sure that you read the directions. Follow the directions and you will notice a difference.

Are the directions extreme? I have heard that some supplements have very limited diets and such, is it like that?

The instructions aren't extreme, you just have to follow them :)

Days 1-3, take a pill on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Starting on Day 4, you can also add a second pill 6-8 hours after the first, also on an empty stomach.

Once you've made it through the first 4 days, you can begin to add a second pill to the morning routine.

They also recommend 125 oz of water a day for men, 91oz a day for women. (They say liquid, not water, but come on, we all know we are supposed to be drinking water, lol)

I started on 2 in morning, because I am such a caffeine head! LOL!

heh. i consume about 300mg of caffeine a day but i stuck to the instructions on this stuff because i didnt know how my body would react to the ingredients in it. i didnt want to drop dead of a heart attack in the name of trying to lose weight. it's not safe to just take however many you want. the instructions are there for a reason.
