canadian mfp friends wanted!

Hello everyone, I have tried so many diets and fitness plans that did not last! I have lost and regained 100's of pounds. Today thisone feels like I am on the right path. I am in love with the iphone app that makes me accountable. I would like some pals to encourage and support! I live in Alberta Canada. I have begun swimming 3 or 4 days a week for the past month and this week boot camp begins twice a week. I am so excited for this journey.

    Hello, I just started today and would like to lose 30-40 pounds in next 5-6 months. I hope this works. I think you are doing a great job by going swimming.

    Hi from British Columbia...I have been using MFP for a month...down 5LBS.....LOVE IT.

    Just be honest with yourself when you are filling out your food & exercise diarys. This is the only way it will work for you.
