Losing weight but not inches

Is any one else losing weight but not inches? I have lost 25 lbs but my measuring tape doesn't reflect that. My pant size is definitely dropping but each time I take my measurements I don't see any changes. Any ideas why?

Are you sure you are measuring in the same place every time? If your pant size is changing, then your measurements should be too!

IF your pants size is changing your measurements have to be changing too. Must be your technique.0

You don't say anything about what exercise you are doing.0

I agree that if your pants size is changing you're losing inches. But, maybe you're losing only in one spot (like your butt), but not your waist? Could that be the case?0
