Why is wheat better then white?

White flour has been bleached, and the husk has been removed, consequently removing most of the nutritional value.
Wheat flour hasn't been bleached, and still has part of the husk, so its healthier than white flour.
Whole grain is better still because the husk is in tack and it has lost the least amount of nutrients.0 -
