Well, after a long absence on MFP due to the insanity of the end of the semester (yes, I know this is just an excuse), with two 15 page papers complete with proposals and annotated bibliographies, one poetry manuscript, two paper presentations, and grading 19 final exams...I am back! I have renewed my vows to record all food and exercise.

I have been trying to eat healthy, even if I didn't record it, but I didn't get in any exercise. (I'm fixing that starting today with kickboxing). So no surprise, I haven't lost any weight since the last time I recorded it. But HUGE surprise, I have gone from a 42 in waist to a 40.5 in waist!

I found a knee brace that works a bit better and a sports bra that actually fits. I've ordered a HRM, and I downloaded the music with the cues for c25k. So I have no excuses not to exercise, and if I don't log some kind of exercise a day I want someone to give me a friendly kick in the *kitten*. I am inviting any one of you to participate in the *kitten* kicking, as my husband has probably already forgotten that I asked him to.

    congratulations on the pant size!! That's probably the best part for me is to fit into smaller clothes! Good luck :)
