Exercising after Surgery

I'm dying without exercise but I'm in recovery after a vesicle intervention . Tomorrow I'll go to my surgeon and I'll ask him about my exercise routine:

Maybe some stationary cyclin for about 30 minutes?!

I would wait until you talk with your surgeon...I recently had surgery and I over did it a couple of days and actually delayed my recovery by 1 week.....I say do what your doctor tells you. It is hard but it is even harder to have to recover longer because of being impatient. Hope this helps!!!
