Gotta Get Back on MY PLAN!!!

I have been SOOO BAD at eating this weekend!!

I've hit a plateau and a poing where I am nothing but hungry for yummy food. Stress from looking for a job, finishing up an online class and finals in my other class seems to be effecting me in ways that are not food friendly!!

My plan is to get a massage tomorrow, have the mexican food I am craving, study for my test and start new on Tuesday with healthy food and walking again. I am going to forgive myself for any LBS. that I put on from falling off my plan and look forward to the new me!!

    GOOD FOR YOU - forgive yourself & move on. Each day is a new beginning.
    Sometimes I feel like I am addicted to sweets - any breads, starches, pasta just make me want more & more.
    I am finding that if I make colorful foods - I don't crave the starches so much.

    Now hop back on track =)
