the benefits of it helping my anxiety and depression. I'm starting to feel normal again.0

I also fight depression issues and it has really helped me, when I am feeling down or frustrated...instead of eating...I take it out on my treadmill. :-) But also, just seeing the small improvements, my cardo...being able to last a bit longer, my strength and energy!! I also encourage my kids (2-1/2 and 5-1/2) to workout with me and if they notice I haven't worked out on any given day, they are the ones encouraging me to get of my duff! But really, all in all, it makes me feel better about myself and I always feel better after a good workout.0
