Drink more water... every day.. week days are easy, but I never get enough water on weekends!
Eat better. I'm pretty good at sticking to my calories but a lot of those end up being junk food.
Get more iron! I have a bit of an iron deficiency & I struggle to get enough iron when I'm dieting.
    Lose 5-10 pounds.
Work out at least 5 days a week.

Well. I want to at least maintain my weight. I hit my goal weight and after soul searching have decided I think I'm comfortable here. So, now I want to learn how to maintain it.

I want to try and up gym time. I am recovering from a fall on the ice that resulted in a bulging disc in my lower spine. I've been TRYING to build back up to where I was pre-fall at the gym. It's a slooow road. I want to try and get my mile UNDER 10 mins!

Oh and to drink more water - everyday. No excuses. I know I need more water.

I'd like to try eating more "whole" foods & less processed junk foods--even the sugar free variety. I'm going to be switching antidepressants to one that should make my weight loss a little bit easier, so we'll see...Hope to lose 8-10 pounds in May. No more Splenda in my diet (doctor agreed can cause more sugar cravings!) & bought some agave nectar to try in hot oatmeal, etc. More fruits & veggies in my diet & hope to continue with the exercise (if my hip will cooperate).
