1st 20lbs down pics!

So I lost 20lbs so far and figured every 20lbs I lose I will post a before and after pic. I couldnt find a good full body before pic from when I first started but here you have it, Ive went down about 3 sizes so far, Just been eating healthy and running about 16miles a week for the past month I actually really slacked off all of January and February and only lost 5lbs in March so 15 of the lbs lost were just from April.

I plan to start Slim In 6 today in addition to my daily cardio at the gym. My next goal is to lose another 20lbs by June 4th I have a big party to attend where I will see alot of my family I havent seen in a while so I really plan to hit it hard this month. I have also been taking bakini pics every 10lbs I lose and I will be posting all those up in my next 20lb lost post:)

So stay tuned Ill be back June 4th ;)
