This morning, I reached over to turn off my mobile phone alarm, and couldn't find it on my bedside table. Normally, it's simply at the extent of my reach - but this morning I realised I was more flexible than I used to be and my hand had gone "past" the phone.

Running intervals, I realised that my heart rate is now dropping faster during walking phases than it was shooting up during running phases.

Small victories, but it makes me realise that I am on the road to some serious changes!

    I love NSV's!!!! Its almost better than seeing a scale reading a lower number!!!! Congrats!!!
