Considering a clothing exchange.

Hello all.

I was just thinking...it would be awesome, especially for people near each other to start a clothing exchange. I LOVE shopping but this is getting crazy...and i still have at least 20 - 25 lbs to go.

I started out in August of 2010 in a size 20 pant and 2xl shirt. I have a teaching/office position and I must dress nice...so it's not like I can wear too big clothes or sweats!

So, now that I'm in a size 10, and only (I still need to shop) have one pair of capris that fit me (all my pants are 14s and are way too big) I was thinking how nice it'd be or would have been if I'd been networked with folks around me that could pass down their too big clothes to people who are losing weight. I just sent all my 14's and 16's to Goodwill and they are NICE new cloths that I may have worn a handful of times, a month or two at best.

I bet some of you would have appreciated those clothes!

So, if anyone is looking for size 12 pants and large shirts and is in the southern Indiana area... or has size 10 pants and medium shirts that don't fit them anymore and wants to get rid of them, let me know. I'd love to set up somem kind of exchange to help others who are losing weight as well!

Ok... I hope I'm making sense!

I'm in the Louisville area and would LOVE your 14's and 12's... Unfortunately, I don't have any smaller clothes to lend you.... got any ideas?

I'm rotating out of sizes about every 6 weeks and i've been in a 16 for 2 weeks now. Started at a size 22.

It's kind of like a Pay it Forward thing. I have 2 bags right now of 16s and 14s. I am holding on to the 12's a few more weeks until I can get me some 10s!

I can't drive right now, so I can't meet you half way or anything. I wish I could. If you want to come and get them, (I'm about 70 miles from Louisville) You are welcome to them! Otherwise, I'll be sending them off to GW!
