can someone explain to me?

he correct way to walk/jog/run. i try the whole land on your heel and roll but i end up with pain in the front part of my ankle. It seems like there are some experienced runners/walkers on here.

Btw, this is my first post.

    Welcome aboard.

    The first thing you need to do is get to a professional shoe store for runners and be fitted properly with the correct type of shoes for you and your style. This may begin to resolve your ankle issues.

    I've seen many people develop their own ways of recreational running from heel toe to just the balls of the feet. I've always run heel toe because I could get the best performance for the type of activities I was involved in.

    I know it's not what you were looking for but it's the only place I can think of helping you get started.
