1st Anniversary - Niagra Falls, ON

My husband and I will be celebrating our first anniversary soon. We wanted to go to Niagra Falls, ON (we are in Detroit, MI). Neither of us have been there. Any recommendations on where to stay and "must see". We really want to go to some wineries!
