I have just joined up, and am looking forward to becoming part of the fabulous, supportive community that this seems to be!

I did a lot of yo-yo dieting for a good portion of my life, and recently I gathered up my willpower and completely changed my lifestyle, to make changes that were going to finally last for life. I now eat way healthier, and I'm a regular at the gym, 5 days per week, plus I have been belly dancing for seven years. I really enjoy weight training as well as cardio work (as you can see from my profile pic, the weight training is definitely beginning to show in my chest and shoulders).

I'm about 166 pounds the last time I weighed myself a few days ago, and would ideally like to be around 150. I have weighed less in the past, and have never felt quite right with it... 150 seems to be the weight my body is the most comfortable at, and especially with weight training and muscle fitness as well as just weight loss in there, I think 150 is a sufficient goal. If I still feel like I could loose more after I hit that goal, then who knows! But for now, that is the prize I'm aiming for! :)
