How do you log Couch 2 5K?

I've been averaging the distance, time, and speed, and logging whatever the pace averages to (which has been 5mph so far), but I'm curious if others are doing something different and if so, what. Thanks!

I just log the minutes I run and the minutes I walk as 2 separate workouts. Feel free to check out my exercise diary to get an example. I used to do it as an average pace, but the effort to run is much bigger than the effort to walk (so my calories burned were WAY too high).0
