low or no sodium recipes

Anyone know where I can find some that are low or no sodium,yet still flavorful? I bought the salt replacement stuff, but it does NOT taste like salt, and CAN NOT bring myself to even swollow it..bleh..thanks in advance :-)

i used to use the Mayo Clinic website for low sodium recipes...all their recipes have 140 mg or less of sodium...

Thanks for sharing that link! I will look at those mayo clinic recipes. I use Mrs. Dash and other salt-free seasonings to help liven stuff up, too. There is a lite salt from Morton that has half the sodium that can also help.0

This is a low or no salt online store, which is useful for finding what products are available. I discovered no sodium baking powder through it. I have to limit my sodium due to kidney stones and consume far less than the 1500 mg. daily limit I have set. Feel free to look at my diary.0 -
