    I watched this video and teared up. I am just over 100 pounds over weight and all I want to do is be able to run. I have been my own worst enemy telling myself I cant run because of my weight, but seeing this video shows me that my weight is not what is stopping me. I am stopping me. Thank you for sharing this video.
