Hey everyone! I've been on here for about a month and have yet to introduce myself. I am looking to lose around 40 lbs. I have a gym membership but you can only do so many machines so many times before it gets kind of boring. I've been trying different workout dvds and I'm hoping that will give me something new to be interested in. I started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred today and I've also been trying to get into kickboxing. Any advice and support would be great! Thanks, Jennifer

    BTW...kickboxing is an awesome full body workout. It's given me some very good results and it's fun!
