Switching goals

I switched my goals to lose a half pound week instead of one. I heard that was better for people who are trying to lose the last 10 pounds.

I now get 1680 calories. It's kinda freaking me out. That seems like a lot and I cant believe I can lose weight on that. Does anyone else have a similar number of calories? Anyone with a public diary so I can see how to eat 1680 in a healthy way?
