Week 1...Day 1 and Day 2 were a success but I failed to work out yesterday! Guess thats my day off for the week. My diet has been on point all week and I am really excited. I am down 4lbs for the week and 6 since I started two weeks ago! Super excited! Now to stay off the scale in order to not get discouraged!0

Missed 2 days in a row due to 12/14 hour workdays so I doubled up today doing week one and two. I'm hope I'm not as sore as the last time I did this! I also do not get those butt things where you go into a table - my arms aren't long enough to raise anything off the floor! Also, those pushups while bringing your knees to your elbows???!!! Can't really do those at all!!! Hopefully I make some progress!!!0

Starting Level 3 of Ripped today. Hopefully can find the time. If not I have to do it in the AM. Will be done with the 30 DS this week as well. Haven't lost much weight so far but have lost 12.25 inches all over.0
