Not new to MFP but new to Forum!!

Hi Folks
I am logging on for help and inspiration! I love MFP - but its not working! I need more help!
I have about 6 stone (84 llbs/ 39kgs) to lose to reach a healthy BMI - but I've not been that since I was 21.
Dieting is a real problem for me - I am easily swayed! I find myself obsessing about food. Hubby needs to lose weight and I match him portion size - so thats were I am going wrong.
Fitness however I love. I am currently "Zumbaring" twice a week and Body pump once a week -but need to increase it. I would love to start running again. However with my weight and age I am now finding joints are aching and I am getting injured. So I need to lose some weight first.
I also have Fatarexia - which is when I look in the mirror I don't see how fat I am! Its only when I see photos I get the shock of my life!!
I would love to meet others who have lost significant weight and kept it off. What did you do? Any tips? What worked for you?
