Well I'm new to myfitnesspal after discovering the free app on my phone. I've been up and down in weight over the last few years and now firmly want to get to my target and stay there! No excuses!
I'm not bothered how quickly it comes off really (though fairly quickly would be nice of course!) I just dont want to put any more on.
It's the first time I've done a 'Calorie Counting Diet' but I thought I'd give it a go. I've been on this website for the last couple of weeks, and to be honest haven't been very good about logging everything down, especially when I know I've gone overboard. Today is a new start (not helped by the fact I'm going to Nandos tonight!) but even if I go over my target number of calories, at least I've written it down!
Any support will be welcomed and returned! Particularly if I'm not doing as I say and not logging everyday. Please kick me into gear!
Thanks and Good Luck!

I find I have the odd day where it's hard to write things down - hard to judge the calories of the takeaway burger I had while out and about for example (hey, it was a treat and I still lost weight :-) ) but even if I can't write down the calories correctly sometimes or judge it just right, then I have found the calorie counting has made me more aware of some of the areas in which I used to binge, and having a target is helping me to control those areas :-)0
