Hey,
I'm Sarah, from Cardiff.
I've lost 7lbs so far using MFP app on my iphone over the past 2 weeks. Want to lose another 11kg.
I can't do any fitness as waiting for an operation on my hip in June so losing weight strictly from eating smaller portions and less fatty foods. I've put on over 2 stone in a year and a half of waiting for the op so thought it was about time I stopped comfort eating and starting losing it again ready for a well deserved holiday at the end of the year. :)

I've noticed how friendly and supportive the forum has been and I'm hoping for some support when the initial novelty of a new app on my phone wears off. :D
