After the 30DS

I am currently on Day 3, Level 3 of the 30DS, and the thought has just arisen, What will I do afterwards?

I really like Jillian Michael's training style, for me she provides the motivation I need to continue on, so I would probably like to try another of her DVDs, does anyone have any suggestions about which one would be a good follow on?

Also, does anyone think that doing levels 1, 2 and 3 alternatively after I finish provide any benefit? Don't really want to plateau as I am going somewhere sunny with a group of friends in 6 weeks.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :) Thank you!

    She has a new one out called "Ripped in 30" so try that one. I bet you will love it!

    I'm in the UK, and it hasn't been released here yet, but I shall have a look on amazon to see if I can import it!
