    Well, I am at work so I can't check out the video, but my friend at work said I am doing them right. Just finished 2 sets of 20 each for a total of 40! I am feeling the burn! This is big accomplishment for me. I will get to the 100 mark. My plan... hee hee every time I go to the bathroom at work, do 20. lol no one will ever know!

    Done! 70 bodyweight squats, 30 dumbbell squats (2 15 lb. dumbbells).

    first day of this challenge, so let's start with 100. just did 20, wowzerz!

    I'm in too! Just did 20 here in my office. Will try to do 20 at the top of each hour.

    Edited to add: Okay, just did 20 more since it is the top of the hour. :-)

    I am really laughing at myself right now! I thought "ok, 100 squats, all at once! I'm gonna regret it, but I can do this!" Then I silently agreed with myself to stop as soon as I noticed that my form was getting off, because that's how I would know when I had enough. I pushed myself to 70 and thought I was gonna drop dead lol.

    SILLY ME! Why didn't I even think about splitting them up?! hahahaha

    so, 70 down, 30 more to go! I got this! LOL

    Did it! I'm a newbie, so I only did 100, and I'm pregnant, so I didn't go super deep in the squats, but I can feel it. Whew!

    Holy Cow!! When I read this post, I thought HA, no problem. THAN, I got fussy baby (11 month old with broken leg :( and decided to kill 2 birds with one stone - do squats, hold baby

    Round 1 - 25 squats w/20 lb baby
    Round 2 - 3 rounds of 20 squats with Jillian Michaels (as well as other things)
    Round 3 - 20 squats just to kill this off for the day :)

    I hurt now :-p Not sure if from this or the butt whooping JM gave me :)

    Alright! Got my 100 sets in...plus 100 more! Whew! I am worried about tomorrow though LOL Figured if I did a set of 20 every hour at work from 8am to 5pm that I could do 200 a day! We shall see...

    I did it! Really wish I had not done 70 at one time cuz my legs have been jello ever since lol. But I did all 100 and I feel great about it!

    Got in my 100 and then proceeded to start a sculpting/toning DVD I hadn't tried before that the first 10 minutes was all squat combo moves! I don't know how many I got, but its a lot....and now my backside hurts. Its good for me though!

    Well, it was super hard for me, but I made it. all 100 of them! I hurt like heck. but I feel good that I did it!

    100 squats with a 80 lb bar and 100 box jumps into a squat landing... whew, I am going to feel this tomorrow!

    Great challenge... I have weak knees but managed to do the 30 Day Shred, followed by the 100 squats. Yikes. Tomorrow might be rough. :D
