30 day shred question

Hello everyone, I needs some help on something. I started the 30 day shred 2wks ago and then I got sick and couldn't do it last wk. So I was wondering do I need to start over or just pick up where I was and keep goin? I'm feeling much better now and ready to get back on track.

    I would just pick back up where you left off.

    I agree, pick up where you left off :) but if you're finding it really difficult maybe stick at level one for a few more days?

    Depends on how comfortable you feel with picking up from where you left off....Since its the first of the month....I would probable do 30 days from today...but maybe not at level 1...starting at level 2 if it's comfortable!!!
