Hello everyone, I am just starting out with fitness pal. Would love to hear some of your success stories. I have started using the wii fitness at night and walks and gym during day. My neighbour and I have combined 6 kids so we do alot of walking. Please wish me well as I start my journey in shedding this baby weight.

  • welcome! you've come to the right place...this sight is great, easy to use and track what you need to track...and very supportive ppl..ive been on about 3 weeks now, have lost 9 pounds...and im not really exercising..to me, 1300 calories is all i need to eat...good luck, and add me as a friend if you'd like

    Hi, I just started last week. It takes a while to get use to entering everything on the computer but will be well worth it. It does sound like you have a plan and a friend to help along the way. Good luck and keep us posted on how you are doing. Linda
