Breakfast Sandwich

this morning my husband made us breakfast sandwiches. Before we started eating right we used to make these all the time! Here is what we used to do:
Calories. Fat. Sat. Fat
Sausage (3 links) 170. 14. 5
Eggs (2large). 160. 10.6. 3.6
Am. Cheese slice.(2) 140. 12. 8
Eng. Muffin. 120. 1. 0
Totals. 590. 37.6 16.6

New sandwich:
Veggie "sausage". 60. 0. 0
Egg beaters (1/2cup). 60. 0. 0
Am. Cheese slice. 70. 6. 4
Deli sandwich thin. 100. 0. 0
Totals. 290. 7 4

We cut out.
> 300. 30.6. 12.6 - what a difference!!! The most important thing was that it tasted REALLY good, I couldn't believe it.
