afraid of the scale

I started two weeks ago and I'm doing really well. I noticed on my jeans which stopped bruising me around the waist and the leg is a bit wider now. But - I can't make myself step on the scale.
If I lost a lot - oh I will be happy and celebrate with binge... If I didn't loose as much - I will binge....
I am simply not mentally ready for the scale.

scales aren't the only way to measure success - you're obviously doing well if you're feeling it in your clothes being looser. Have you taken your starting measurements?
Best of luck! Remember you can only do the best you can and don't let a number on the scales do anything apart from motivate you.0
