First 90 days done

Before and after results of my first 90 days of p90x and utilizing MFP to keep my diet inline. Diet is most definitely 75% of the results. 3.5" off my waist and down 18lbs.
Starting weight = 220
Current weight = 202
Goal is to lose 12 more lbs by July 9th and get to 190. I'm 6'1" and haven't been 190 i a long time...
